My first training day with CHCS was an exciting part in my life because I learn to get to know the call center business in a wider perspective. I have met new friends and learn a lot of things especially the business. At first it was a hard adjustment because there is a lot expected of you. From how you speak and to the way you say something in front or through the headset. Upon reaching the nesting ground, I was first scared because I have never have any experinece in handling live calls. I became nervous in attacking the situation. As a result, I did not make the cut of certified agents.
My next training was in DTV or Direct TV. This time the stakes are higher because you know the rules of the game and you know what to expect but this time you must focus on the product and the prize that is being certified. I will correct my mistakes this time and I will do the best that I can to be certified.

Life also wears Prada
A "DEVIL" , a mystical being who takes a form of a being whether a friend or a foe. There are times these beings don't just comes to you mystically or appears accidentally. In my life, these beings comes in different forms.
They can be a comforting collegue, who will befriend you but use to their own advantage. Not knowing what is up at their sleeves. They can be a trustwothy friend who will gain your respect but backstab you when your down and needs your support.
There are times they take a form of person in power who shows leadership but does not even mean the word he or she says. He or she demands respect but in the essence is a load of misuderstanding. He or she takes a form of a demon who unknowingly steps his or her subordinates but when he or she need something from them, she or he will just crawl back to them seeking their help.
These beings whatever may form may be are not hindrances or villains in our lives but they are stepping stones in our growth as human beings. There comes a point where these people will show us the way to the path we wish to take and the hard decision we need to decide to reach success.
Simple demons but within are angels who enlighten the path of misunderstanding and to bind friendship that needs to be mended..

Back to work
From months of training, it now boils down to how much you have learned and how much you have acquire skills for the job. It is not an easy process because every day you have redeem yourself and step up the plate.

Memoirs of Macau and Hong Kong
When we first arrived at the airport of Macau, I felt a sudden gush of excitement in discovering this new land or country. But our trip was just starting because we took a bus and went to the ferry terminal to travel to Hong Kong.
When we set foot to the banks of the Hong Kong Ferry Terminal, the thing that is on our minds is how can we get from here to our hotel if we are carrying US dollars and my mom asked my brother to change our US dollars to Hong Kong dollars.
I would not forget when we took a trip for Macau is not the gamling casinos but their very first theme part called "Fisherman's Wharf". It has different views of memorable sights around the world.

Voices, Idols and Champions
American Idol has once again rocked the walls of the United States. From the "Idol" hopefuls who dreams on making in the mainstream to the judges with unusual analogy on voice and personality. American Idol will sure make noise than its last season.
Speaking of singing contest, we, here in the Philippines, have also have singing competitions that will top the American Idol craze. "Search for a Star in a Million" and "Pinoy Pop Superstar" are the singing competitons that promises a good career for singing hopefuls. Every breath they take or every soothing music they bring a talent will be discovered.

Euro Fun
Fun and excitement have erupted my senses when I first set foot to this European theme park. The first ride I rode was the "Flipper", innocent as it seems. It was a horrifying ride for the weak heart.
It was filled with fun and games with stuffed of Bugs Bunny, Sylvester and lots of Lonney Tunes characters. The rides were so exciting that I feel the excitement at my feet and it gave the adrenalin rush. By the flashing colors of the lights of the excitement it brought. It ended my day with thrill and fun.
