Training Day Before and After

My first training day with CHCS was an exciting part in my life because I learn to get to know the call center business in a wider perspective. I have met new friends and learn a lot of things especially the business. At first it was a hard adjustment because there is a lot expected of you. From how you speak and to the way you say something in front or through the headset. Upon reaching the nesting ground, I was first scared because I have never have any experinece in handling live calls. I became nervous in attacking the situation. As a result, I did not make the cut of certified agents.

My next training was in DTV or Direct TV. This time the stakes are higher because you know the rules of the game and you know what to expect but this time you must focus on the product and the prize that is being certified. I will correct my mistakes this time and I will do the best that I can to be certified.
